Information for Authors (DMCA)
Information about copyright claims.
Dear users and authors. We do not host or store content on our servers. The content presented on our website - videos and other materials (including audio, text, graphics, etc.) owned by third parties (including their copyright holders), is stored on youtube and google.com servers and is distributed only with the consent of the authors.
As part of our mission to develop the most comprehensive search index of videos legally hosted on the Internet for advertising and other legal purposes, our crawler constantly scans the web for new legally hosted videos.
However, we are primarily a search engine and do not exercise editorial oversight of the links in our search index. We do not control the third party websites contained in our index.
We are not a file sharing site, peer to peer or otherwise; and we do not endorse or support illegal video copying in any way.
Because we do not own or have editorial control over these third-party sites, it is possible that our index may link to certain videos that have been posted without the permission of the copyright owner.
We rely on copyright holders to protect their own copyright interests when communicating with us. We will remove the link immediately in response to a valid notice of alleged infringement under the digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
It is our policy to respond immediately to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.
