The ENA that has the hole in the trailer, reminds me of Kaiba's (short tv series) representation of depression and trauma.
The protagonist has a hole in their body, that can't be filled with anything physical, and they still are on their own, but the hole is still there until the end, representing how they feel with the world, and how it can't be filled with anything except hope.

Considering we’re shown three different ENAs and temptation stairway proves ENA exists as a template(species in a way) rather than a singular entity, I think the three cards are for the different ENAs with the little pictures representing different things, each card is an entity speaking to a ENA

Mouth-this ENA doesn’t talk back and that’s ‘good’, they’re not supposed to talk back
Fish-this ENA is obedient, they move in step with everyone else, they’re just another fish in the school because they lack conviction to act for themself
Clock camel(clamel? Cack?)-this ENA values time as something moving consistently yet impossible for them to track(the hands are same length, it could be qLurAhsqXWc&t=2m15s 2:15 just as much as it could be qLurAhsqXWc&t=3m10s 3:10 )
Mail-this ENA runs errands, and they do so with the conviction of a non-convicted person

Megaphone-unlike the previous ENA, this one will talk back, isn’t blindly obedient and will make themself recognized as an individual

I believe this is referring to the corrupted ENA, it could also be for the second ENA, either way, someone isn’t liked by the entity running the system and they’re wanted dead, either C-ENA for being faulty or U-ENA for breaking from the status quo, but I’m certain W-ENA would be the one tasked with the hit. But in a long shot, it could be for W-ENA, perhaps they became individualized and so are being punished by the system

perhaps it’s not three ENAs, but three STATES of an ENA, W-ENA defies and becomes U-ENA before finally turning into C-ENA, being killed at the end by a new fresh ENA

I feel like the salesmen side of ENA is the obedient side and the meanie side is the disobedient side. Because in most cases in the trailer when she’s doing her job it’s on the sales men side. But it looks like meanie is more present when it comes to her real emotions. Like when she’s on the ground her whole face is meanie while only her arm is salesman.
