Here is my new high-tech nano jungle scape, inspired by jungle ravines that I always wanted to recreate in an aquarium. Given the density of plants required for this setup, I decided to use CO2 with and additional fertilisers. CO2 is injected via CO2Art PRO-SE Dual Stage Regulator with solenoid via CO2Art inline diffuser. It is turned on 2 hours before lights and it turns off 1 hour before the lights go off. I am dosing 2ml of fertilisers 1x week after water change. This may change in the future according to plants needs. It's been a long time since I've settled into a new home for my betta, so it's time for something new. This is the concept: few plants, space and much light underwater, lots of plants and light above the water. This way the betta's habitat will be sufficiently shaded, and the large amount of plants on top of the aquarium will filter the water. Hi this is a step by step maintenance video of the Ryuboku (Only Driftwood Layout) Nature style Aquascape. Its a Low tech non co2 Aquascape. The whole scape is a triangular layout and the main focal point of this scape is the big piece of wood which is complimented by a few additions of wood piece’s and a lots of epiphyte’s surrounded by a lush green foliage of various easy to grow and maintain plant species with a thick carpet that can grow well and carpet without co2 injection. I enlisted the help of 🤍FishShopMatt as two sets of eyes are always better than one in my opinion. We both love the final look and I feel it has more of a raw feel than the usual typical aquascape. The fish seem to really love it as well. Hi, This video depicts the step by step build of the Nature style nano cube predominated with bucephanandras along with other epiphytes and just one plant thats planted in the soil. We had build a previous scape called the Bucephalandra jungle but the issue with that scape was that bucephanandras had started melting because the moss underneath them was too fast in growth and it started suffocating them and that resulted in melting so at last all the buces. were re-tied on bare lava rocks and were given some time to recover and than this re-scape was done. Almost all the plants and materials used in this scape are from the previous scape with some new additions. A little change in design is done as well. We shall call this scape as Bucephalandra Jungle 2.0 and this is the first part, in the second part (which will come later) will depict the growth update of this scape. It's only 2.6 gallons so not really suitable apart from fry, shrimp and i've had chili rasbora fish in there before as well. Hi, welcome to another video. This time the scape is not for our little studio but it’s for a good friend. This video is a step by step setup of a Mini Paludarium in a 20cm(8 inch) cube tank. It doesn’t have any filter and it will be lit with a hanging light at my friends place. So it’s an super low tech tank. The filtration will be done by the lava rock which is the predominant part of the hardscape and the aqua soil. I hope you will like the video. .
