I collected so much cardstock from packaging and it was about time I made something out of it. This video has 2 parts. Book Lover Junk Journal ‘Dorothy’. I have chosen to name it after a female book author Dorothy Parker. A beautiful journal with a fabric covered cereal box cover as well as lace, ribbons, buttons and other embellishments. It has many tuck spots, pockets, tags, journaling cards, envelopes, book pages, tea/coffee dyed pages, wallpaper, some digital pages and ephemera. Pages have been filled with lots of texture with fabric, lace and paper raffles, trims and it has lots and lots of writing space. The journal is approximately 21cm by 15cm, it has two signatures and 118 pages front and back. Today I am sharing how to create a completely no-sew junk journal from start to finish. I hope you love it! For some reason when I uploaded the video, the floral image on the front of the book looks like it has strange lines on it... probably because it is a slightly striped paper and the camera was distorting it.
