Today I will be doing a reiki healing ASMR session for a real person. And in this session, I will do chakra balancing and aura cleansing. This will be a highly effective and relaxing experience! For you and for her! We decided to do a new session with my girlfriend and we thought that reiki healing and aura cleansing would be very appropriate for this. And besides the ASMR trigger objects that I use all the time, I also tried new objects and triggers. I will talk about these. The session starts with aura scanning and healing water therapy. This part actually describes the entire session. I will use all my special reiki techniques and objects to achieve this deep cleansing. My favorite parts were cutting and tweezing negative energy. What about yours? I hope you had enough tingling moments! There will also be some small parts in the session. Like a blower, a broom and a peacock feather! These will clear and remove the negative vibrations that have stuck to your aura. Watching this will trigger and relax you a lot. Especially great triggers to watch before bed and try to fall asleep slowly! I used the crystal healing technique with different methods this time. Not just giving delta waves. I tried to activate and balance all of my girlfriend's chakras with various chakra healing and blowing techniques. And this red crystal really worked for me! What do you think of the big tweezers? It looks really funny and fun, doesn't it? But the sounds of tweezing had a really tingling and calming effect. I love these kinds of big or small objects. In other words, objects that are too big or too small for their actual size. Like that cute broom. I would like to talk about the part where I wrote the reiki symbols with a crystal pen. It is made of selenite and will give a feeling of spiritual purification as it affects the crown chakra and the third eye chakra. I wanted to end the session with a relaxing facial massage. Because my girlfriend was really sleepy and I thought she deserved this pampering. I hope you enjoyed watching too. I remember a tingling sensation i would experience when i was young, as i grew i found i could trigger the experience when i found the right set stimuli like the tone of a person's voice, gentle massage, watching someone focus on a task. This was before video and internet were in the same thought range. Over time i found and experienced many different situations to learn about all the different triggers for ASMR. I translated that experience & combined some innate ability to help people experience it with the high quality studio recordings to bring the highest quality tingles i can. ASMR is a tingly feeling the commonly felt in the scalp area and often down the back and other parts of the body. Some of my role plays are based in fictional characters like Dr Dmitri & Manwelle I loved watching massage video to experience ASMR so i like to create video to replicate these experiences with other, like head massage, back massage for total body relaxation. What is ASMR ? A theory When your cranial nerves receives information in the form of sight, sounds & Senses your brain may process this information as let us say a "trigger" When you cranial nerves find that perfect combination of "Triggers" it activates the full effect of the parasympathetic nervous system almost like a symphony neurons hitting the perfect note as wave after wave of feelings cascades down the nervous system down the spine and to many parts of the body I believe it may then releases one or more of: oxytocin, acetylcholine, GABA, Serotonin, endorphins directing into the brain and blood stream Instantly relaxing, clearing cortisol, adrenaline and soothes the body. There is another side effect of this symphony that it puts the brain into a alpha state and after the person falls asleep allows them to access a deeper delta level state during sleep. Tonight I will clear all the negative energies from the past in this special ASMR session. A beautiful and relaxing therapy will be waiting for you with Reiki techniques, healing water, sleep therapy and special layered sounds! Negative energies get stuck in some parts of our minds and stay there for a long time. This is why we temporarily feel good after each new energy cleansing. Because deep negative energies continue to hide there. In this session, I will try a special technique to get rid of them. My wooden fork and knife will be very useful for this special energy clearing. I'm going to catch the sticky negative energies with the fork and pull them out and cut them one by one with the knife. During this time, you may hear some soothing ASMR trigger sounds. I'll give these to you using layered sounds. But don't forget that they are your negative energies! I will use the healing water to cleanse and renew the aura in the room and your body. But as you will see in the video, I will do this with a special water mixture containing special quartz and seashells that I collected from the beach. And this will give you a special water element healing. You may feel a little tired after the session is over. Because getting rid of your sticky and negative energies will not be easy. My ASMR reiki session today has a very special guest. I did spiritual cleansing, negative energy cleansing, crown chakra healing and special sleep therapy with my girlfriend. Hope you'll like it! You have long requested that I practice a reiki session with a real person. And finally I convinced my girlfriend for this session. And I think we did a great job together. Didn't it? The crown chakra represents the connection with the divine system. We receive the life energy from the infinite source into our energy body with the crown chakra. Balancing this chakra allows life energy to flow easily to all other chakras in our body. With this chakra, which reflects the infinity of the soul, we can become more aware of our divine self by removing all our negative blockages. I tried to prepare my girlfriend mentally and spiritually for this special session with using the healing water and branches. And I tried to detect negative energies and remove them by pulling them. Thus, we can do the crown chakra balancing more easily by using delta waves. Did you see the special red crystal? Yes, it is very effective to balance all chakras. Especially for the crown chakra. I wanted to use my Reiki techniques a lot in this session. Especially relaxing hand movements, reiki symbols and energy flows will give you a great ASMR trigger.
