Georgia did not shift Blue or demorat. Just look at the map and the districts. The sociocommie DNC has flooded the two main cities with self serving "give me" Blacks . The difference in votes was about 2.5% or about 90000 votes out of over 3.5 million.
The Georgia Blue shift only consisted of poll workers pulling out balance underneath the table after the voting had stopped and the counting was supposed to have stopped. This is why it takes so long to get the voting results from Georgia and Arizona and all this other places. The vote is just used as a baseline to figure out how much more they need to add. That is your blue shift. And we got it on video. Cameras don't lie.
